Suzanne, Alex and Tylo Trash the dress paint shoot

So It seems the idea of the trash the dress shoots are slowly creeping into Nelspruit/Mbombela, having 2 shoots just a few days apart, for anyone reading this from other parts of SA or the world, Things usually catch on a little later here then other places, things like Mcdonalds that opened just the other day, and now everyone is talking about Makro! ha ha. Well Suzanne basically wanted to Trash her dress beyond rescue by getting Alex and Tylo to paint and throw paint at one another, so we spent the day wrapping everything in the studio with plastic ( a 4 year old being allowed to throw paint around is a very dangerous concept, ha ha).
Needless to say, after all the flying paint we feel we cracked up a very different bridal shoot and love this main shot. Thank you to Suzanne, Alex and Tylo for giving the studio a revamp

Braam and Nicci – couple / trash the dress shoot

Well the start of the rainy season with its afternoon showers seems to have arrived, and before we look the year will just dissappear into thin air and the 2012 season will kick in, but not yet, still got plenty work left for 2011 (although time just doesn’t slow down) one thing that is awsome about these rainy days is the time spent indoors working on all the clients weddings and shoots, No excuses of needing to get out for a bit.
Well this Trash the dress / couple shoot was a year and a hlaf in the making. Braam and Nicci contacted us to cover a shoot which involved shots that you dont really do on your wedding day: sitting dow, lying down and getting wet, all without stressing over the dress. so off to Sabie we went. It was pretty overcast but the storm really came through quicker then we had anticipated, and as a result we just decided to shoot in the rain, with great result. Braam and Nicci, hope you love the pics!
